While they weren't able to get it for us (for reasons totally out of their control - the manufacturer makes it only for a certain warehouse on the east coast and no one else), they went above and beyond in trying to get it, finding the reasons why they wouldn't be able to get it, and then staying in touch with me. When we redo another part of our house, we will definitely contact them again!
